We are all stardust in a dance of light!

Combining Live Music and Sound from various musicians, Himalayan Kriya Yoga, Meditation, Ecstatic Dance, group circle sharing & connecting, and live Crystal Bowl sound Healing.

In this workshop we will work on the upper two chakras the Ajna and crown, detoxing the third eye and the pineal gland to open the mind and activate the brain. We will flow and dance ecstatically into our intuition and Light codes, Raising our frequency to align with the divine and light that we truly are.

This workshop is for anyone wanting to:
• Let go of drama, stress, or pain they may be carrying

• Remove blockages in your crown chakra

Candice guides with compassion and intuition, she is passionate about holding safe spaces and allowing authenticity and creativity, to be a major factor of expression in these circles. While sharing practices and techniques of energy yoga, breath work, movement & meditation you experience the value of your being, the power in oneness, connection, and remembrance within, leading you to your higher self and higher states of consciousness.
