Exotic Generation Bali 2024 Video Submission Terms and Conditions

By submitting your audition video for Exotic Generation Bali 2024, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please note that these terms and conditions may not be exhaustive, and additional conditions specific to the competition may be introduced after the finalist selection announcement.

1. Eligibility:

● All participants must be at least 21 years of age by April 2024.

● Participants must have the legal right to perform.

● Participants are required to perform in their submitted video entries, and the use of

body doubles or stand-ins is not permitted.

2. Category Selection:

● Participants are responsible for selecting the competition category that best aligns with their style and expertise.

● Participants may choose to compete in multiple categories.

3. Video Submission, Save & Name your Video File

● Video submissions should not exceed 75-seconds in duration. In your 75-second video submission, make every second count. Show us your best work, leaving no room for fluff, as this brief opportunity is your chance to impress us.

● Videos must be clear, well-lit, and audible.

● The submitted video must be the original work of the participant.

● Save and rename your video submission with your legal name and selected category

4. Payment for Video Submission

● Each participant must pay a non-refundable fee of IDR625,000.00 for each video submission.

● Payment made is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

● Payment deadlines and accepted payment to our payment platform via MegaTix. Link provided.

● Participants are responsible for any additional transaction fees and differential exchange rates associated with the payment.

● ExoGenBali2024 organizers reserve the right to add or remove specific categories if they do not meet the minimum sign-up requirement of 8 participants. Under these circumstances, application fees paid will be refunded to the respective participants.

5. You will agree that if you are selected as a finalist to compete in April 2024, you understand that there will be additional costs associated with your participation that is borne by your entirely:

i. Your own Hotel accommodation ( we highly recommend you to Book Harris Kuta Galeria hotel ( 50m from Venue) 

ii Airfare, Visas, Travel Insurance ( you may need it) 

iii Your own meal expenses 

iv Costumes, props & all other travel related cost

● Exotic Generation Bali goes the extra mile to reward our successful finalists with remarkable gifts setting a standard of generosity that reflects our commitment to making your competition experience truly special.

 6. Category Consistency:

● The category selected during the application process must match the category in which you compete. For example, if you applied for the Old School category and your competition routine is defined as Flow, discrepancy may lead to points deduction during competition.

7. Costumes:

● Costumes must adhere to Indonesian local laws and regulations. Nudity not allowed and no G-strings. More guidelines to be advised in the finalist handbook.

8. Performance Content:

● The performance should be original and not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property rights that may belong to other performers.

9. Disqualification:

● Any violation of these terms and conditions may result in disqualification from the selection process.

10. Changes and Amendments:

● The competition organizers reserve the right to modify rules, categories, and judging criteria at their discretion.

11. Data Usage:

● Participants consent to the use of their video submissions for promotional and competition-related purposes.

12. Confidentiality:

● All participant information will be kept confidential and used solely for competition purposes.

13. Compliance:

● Participants must comply with all applicable Indonesian local and national laws.

14. Media Consent

● By participating in Exotic Generation Bali audition submission, competitors hereby grant full consent and agree to allow the organizers to use any images and videos submitted during the application process, including any additional media content provided after successful selection if they pass the audition stage. These images and videos may be used for reasonable promotional and marketing purposes related to the competition. The competitors acknowledge and agree that this consent is provided willingly and without any claims or disputes regarding the use of their media content.

● This consent encompasses but is not limited to the use of media content on the official website, social media platforms, promotional materials, and any other channels associated with the Exotic Generation Bali competition. Competitors retain ownership of their media content, and it will be used solely for the purpose of promoting and marketing the competition.

15. Agreement:

● By submitting your application and video entry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

● You will agree that if you are selected as a finalist to compete in April 2024, you understand that there will be additional costs associated with your participation. See

Point 5.

● Please be aware that these terms and conditions not only outline the expectations and guidelines for competitors but also serve as a binding agreement that ensures a fair and enjoyable competition experience for all.

Please be aware that the audition fee does not cover handling, credit card, currency exchange, and other associated charges.
