Dream Awake: Biodynamic Yin with a Vision Quest

Join Cat Kabira in her signature Biodynamic Yin (a blend of biodynamic craniosacral therapy, shamanic healing and Cat's magic - which is all part of the Kabira School of Energy) and Vision Quest. This is your opportunity to return home to yourself, feel deeper currents within you, and clarify what is needed. You'll leave the class feeling both grounded and lighter.

The first part of class will be Biodynamic Yin- an energetic practice within itself- to drop you into a more relaxed and embodied state - that combines longer-held restorative poses and an opportunity to dive into your subtle body. Meet yourself on a much more intimate level, sense your own energy field, create more flow in your body, ground and restore in a new way and go on a refreshing and enlivening inner journey. You’ll leave feeling lighter and more grounded all at once and connected to yourself in such a satisfying way. Cat weaves her energetic wisdom that’s a blend of biodynamic craniosacral therapy, shamanic practices, and a little of her own magic. Her gift is her ability to meet you exactly you’re at and give you the elixir that you need.

We'll finish with an extended savasana with the Vision Quest (think: Yoga Nidra meets shamanic journeying) which is a way for you to journey in a conscious dreaming state to access your own healing power, inner truth and magical parts of yourself.

Every journey is different. Cat spends time listening to the energy field of the group and then takes you on a deep hypnotic journey where you meet your own spirit, power, wisdom, and hidden spaces. Bring a notebook and pen to record your discoveries. Come with an open mind, wear clothes to relax and stay cozy in, and get ready for a journey to meet the magical You.

Bio Cat Kabira

Cat's been practicing and teaching energy work and yoga for 25+ years and initially got into the work as a way to transform her own trauma. She's highly sensitive and intuitive and gifted in taking you on a multidimensional journey. She's from the US and has been based in Bali for the last 15 years while traveling the world sharing her gifts. She has just recently moved to Portugal.
