Udara Flow Arts Skill Share:

A place to connect, have fun, play exchange skills and find inspiration around movement and flow arts. 

Flow arts being a form of mental and physical discipline, a form of active meditation that brings you into the state of flow 

The purpose of this event is that we all learn from each other, and we help each other to grow by exchanging our skills

Some Advanced flow artists are invited to share their talents.

But even as a newbie you can share and inspire. 

The teacher becomes the student, the student becomes the teacher. 

All ages and experience levels are welcome

Practice flow toys are provided but feel also free to bring your own.

Stay Safe & Healthy:

• Get your body temperature checked upon entry. A staff member will check it using a thermal scanner at the hotel lobby. If your temperature is higher than normal, or if you have flu-like symptoms, we ask you to rest at home. 
• Always wash your hands and use hand sanitizer.
