An embodied love activation to lift our spirits, receive nourishment and land us in the heart.

Whether you are on your own or in partnership, we invite you to join us on the evening of Valentine's, be held and lean into the nourishment of this offering.

The evening will be a luscious fusion of yoga, dance, meditation and breath, and a sound healing journey focused on connecting to our hearts. As we soften into the container, we can take care of the parts of ourselves that are calling for nurturing and integration and receive the love that lies within and all around.
