Terms & Conditions
- Attendees must be 20+ and must present valid government ID
- All purchases are non-refundable. There are no refunds unless the event is canceled or postponed, except in the case of force majeure, government order or request for cooperation or national mourning.
- Event Organizer reserves the right to deny admission or eject any person violating the event’s rules, or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly or offensive by management.
- No alcohol or illicit drugs can be taken into the Festival. If you are caught with alcohol or illicit drugs, your ticket will be forfeited and you will be escorted from the Festival site with no re-entry. In the case of finding illicit drugs, the matter will be referred to the police. They will also be permanently banned from the festival.
- Any person who forges or uses another person’s identification documents as their own, may be liable for a criminal offense and referred to the police. They will also be permanently banned from the festival.
- Event will go on rain or shine. No refunds will be made if you choose not to attend due to inclement weather.
- Line-up and time table is subject to change without prior notice
- Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or tampered in any way or are not purchased through an authorized point of sale.
- Tickets will be redeemed once only at the gate for a wristband in order to gain to the festival. Wristband must be worn for the duration of the Festival. Wristbands are non-transferable. Wristbands removed from the wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. New wristband subject to at door ticket price
-You consent to be included in any photography, film and/or sound recordings of the Festival or its surroundings and for these recordings to be used by us for any future Festival marketing and promotional purposes.
- The organizer will not be responsible for any personal loss or damage or to the property (including personal property such as bags, money or other personal items).

- ผู้เข้างานจะต้องมีอายุ 20 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไปและจะต้องยืนยันตัวด้วยบัตรประจำตัวที่ทางราชการออกให้
- บัตรทุกใบไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ทุกกรณี ยกเว้นกรณีอีเวนท์ถูกยกเลิกหรือเลื่อนการจัดงาน แต่ไม่รวมกรณีเหตุสุดวิสัย คำสั่งหรือการขอความร่วมมือของหน่วยของรัฐ หรือการไว้ทุกข์ระดับชาติ
-  ผู้จัดงานสงวนสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธการเข้างานและเชิญออกจากงานแก่บุคคลใดๆในกรณีที่ละเมิดกฏของงาน หรือหากบุคคลนั้นก่อไม่ความสงบในงานหรือมีการกระทำที่ผิดกฏหมาย ตามวิจารณญาณของฝ่ายบริหารอีเว้นท์
- ห้ามนำเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์หรือยาเสพติดเข้าไปในงาน หากตรวจพบ ผู้จัดงานจะเชิญตัวบุคคลดังกล่าวออกจากงานและระงับบัตรเข้างานไม่ให้สามารถใช้ได้อีก ในกรณีตรวจพบยาเสพติด ผู้จัดงานจะส่งตัวให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจและแบนบุคคลดังกล่าวไม่ให้เข้างานครั้งถัดไปเป็นการถาวร
- การปลอมแปลงเอกสารยืนยันตนถือเป็นความผิดอาญา หากตรวจพบจะถูกส่งตัวให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจและถูกแบนไม่ให้เข้างานครั้งถัดไปเป็นการถาวร
- การจัดอีเวนท์นี้ไม่ขึ้นกับสภาพอากาศ หากผู้เข้าร่วมงานไม่สามารถเดินทางไปร่วมงานได้เนื่องจากสภาพอากาศไม่เอื้ออำนวย จะไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้
- รายชื่อศิลปินและตารางการขึ้นแสดงอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยไม่มีการแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
- ผู้จัดงานสงวนสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธการเข้างานหากบัตรเข้างานได้รับความเสียหาย มีการปรับเปลี่ยน หรือเป็นบัตรที่ไม่ได้มากจากช่องทางจำหน่ายที่ได้รับอนุญาต
- บัตรเข้างานจะต้องนำไปแลกสายรัดข้อมือเพื่อใช้เข้างาน ซึ่งแลกได้เพียงครั้งเดียวต่อบัตร 1 ใบ โดยผู้เข้าร่วมงานจะต้องใส่สายรัดข้อมือตลอดเวลาที่อยู่ในงาน หากสายรัดข้อมือมีรอยแกะหรือได้รับความเสียหายจะไม่สามารถใช้เข้างานได้และผู้เข้าร่วมงานจะต้องซื้อบัตรใหม่เพื่อจะเข้าไปในงานได้อีกครั้ง
- ผู้เข้าร่วมงานทุกคนถือว่าได้ยินยอมให้ตนอยู่ในรูปถ่าย วิดีโอ หรือบันทึกเสียงภายในงานอีเว้นท์ โดยสื่อดังกล่าวจะใช้ประกอบการโฆษณา ประชาสัมพันธ์ หรือกิจกรรมเชิงการตลาดอื่นๆของอีเว้นท์
-  ผู้จัดงานจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อทรัพย์สินของผู้เข้าร่วมงานในกรณีสูญหายหรือเกิดความเสียหายไดๆทั้งสิ้น
