Throw on a set of our head phones and join us on this high definition multi-layered sound and breathwork journey. You will travel  deep into your subconscious mind which is proven to influence over 90% of what you think, feel and do. There you will be guided to release the witness and release the negative habits and programs that have held you back since before you can even remember. The inner critic. Those voices that say "you can’t!! This is trauma!!" These old trauma programs were uninvited guests that over the years have made you their home. 

Now my friends, it’s time to reclaim your inner world. Upgrade your operating systems. Rid yourself of the “I can’t” program and replace it with “YES I CAN”! And begin to live the life you have always dreamed of. 

Over the coming weeks we will be systematically working through the most common trauma response programs (that we all have to some degree) to move away from the limiting past beliefs and to create space for new positive self-affirming programs and habit patterns 😊

• For special class, workshop and night event, Children under the age of 10 are not permitted to join , there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. Children ages 10-15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or sibling that is over 18

Refund Policy:
If you are unable to attend this event, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the published start time. Contact must be made via email to [email protected]  or in person at The Yoga Barn reception desk. We are NOT able to process refunds for any reason if you contact us less than 24 hours prior to the published start time.  We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price.
Ticket Transfer:
Tickets are not transferrable to another person. The booking is only valid for the person whose name is printed on this ticket.
Late Arrival:
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time. If you arrive after the published start time, you may be denied access and your booking will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
If this event is canceled by The Yoga Barn prior to the start time, you are eligible for a refund of your ticket. We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 30 days.
