This 2 hour workshop is an introduction to inner child healing and emotional reparenting. Beginning with an exploration of how childhood experiences, attachment wounds and emotional conditioning can shape our self-worth, relationships and patterns in adulthood, participants will then be guided through a powerful inner child healing meditation using visualisation and inner dialogue. Through reflective journalling and self-reparenting practices, women will learn how to meet their own emotional needs with greater compassion, safety and self-trust — ultimately becoming a safer place for themselves and reclaiming the parts of themselves they may have abandoned along the way.
