Aradia is a movement artist and facilitator with over 18 years of experience in somatic dance, theater, and performance. A certified Ayurvedic practitioner and yoga instructor, she has been leading international retreats, workshops, and mentorship programs since 2008, guiding women to reconnect with their bodies, purpose, and spiritual essence. Her work blends sacred dance traditions, ritual, and holistic healing—integrating Temple fusion belly dance, Nepalese, and ballet—to create transformative, embodied experiences that awaken self-expression and inner wisdom.
