Begin your afternoon with Sound & Breath Journey by Couple of Breaths from 1:30–2:30 PM, followed by a Journaling Workshop with Ainara from 3–4:30 PM to slow down, reflect, and reconnect within. 🌿🧘♀️
At 4 PM, join the Cacao Ceremony & Sacred Singing Circle from 4–5:30 PM for a soulful moment of connection, intention, and uplifting vibrations. 🤎✨
As the afternoon unfolds, let Lyndsay take over from 5:30–8 PM with feel-good beats and sunset grooves to carry you into the evening. 🎶🌅
Then settle in for our Sunday Movie Club from 7–9:30 PM, featuring the launch screening of a special new movie, complete with free popcorn. 🍿🎬

Breath with Couple of Breaths
Couple of Breaths bring their full signature experience to Oshom. Two hours of Conscious Connected breathwork woven with deep hands-on bodywork, somatic guidance and individual attention within the group. Guided by two facilitators whose attunement to each other and the room is something that has to be felt to be understood, and whose standard of facilitation has quietly set a new bar for what breathwork can actually be. No experience needed. Just show up ready to feel.
