Rooted in Love’ - A Grounding Yin Yoga Journey with Soulful Music 

Join us for a deeply restorative and heart-opening Yin Yoga experience, where we will focus on grounding, self-care, and emotional release. Diving into the two hour workshop by opening a theta group healing field to clear out any energetic blocks, anxiety or stress.

This soothing sequence will guide you through long-held postures that gently stretch and nourish your body while inviting a sense of peace and connection to your inner self. The session will be accompanied by soulful, love-infused music - guitar, voices and more. Creating the perfect atmosphere to soften the mind and allow the heart to open.

As you settle into each pose, the healing energy of theta offered by Hanna will allow more lightness in the opening process and in the release of old fears. Providing a subtle yet deep energetic support, helping to clear blockages and restore balance within your body’s energy field.

Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this calming practice offers a nurturing space to slow down, restore balance, and reconnect with love, both within and around you. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, centered, and rejuvenated.

About the facilitator: 

Hanna teaches yoga since 2013. Completing her YTT of 200h+ and the focus of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in Germany, plus an additional 300h assisting and learning from Rachel Grey in international retreats and classes.
Bringing her Psychology and healing background into the practice, every class is intended to have a therapeutic and nourishing effect. Hanna’s background in singing Kirtans and reciting mantra, brings a devotional aspect and musical artistry to this evening.
