Occupancy Rules:

The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and up to 2 children below 6 years old in a King or Twin room or 2 adults and 1 child below 12 years old. Maximum 2 children below 6 years old entitled free breakfast per room. Child aged 6-12 years old will pay additional AUD $18 per day for breakfast. 1 Infant stay free of charge in a baby cot. Maximum one baby cot in the room (on request).

Deposit & Cancellation Policies: 

• All transactions and credit card charges are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) based on Hotel’s bookkeeping rate
• If guest already booked the travelling dates, simply cancel with the hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival and contact The Trans Resort Bali (Hotel) for a refund. If you cancel or change your booking after that time you may be subject to additional hotel fees. Any unused promotional value credit will be forfeited upon checkout. This deal cannot be combined with other offers. Guests must adhere to hotel rules and policies. Voucher(s) must be used in one visit.

Bedding Arrangement: 

• 1 Kind Bed or 2 Twin Beds plus 1 single sofa bed or 1 baby cot
• Maximum room capacity is 2 adults 2 children (below 6 years old) or 2 adults and 1 child (below 12 years old)

Child Policy:
