This 75-minute practice combines: Yin Yoga → deep, slow stretches that target fascia and joints, releasing hidden tension stored in the body. Breathwork (Pranayama) → specific techniques to regulate the nervous system, sharpen focus, and calm mental chatter. Instead of pushing or striving, this class teaches the art of slowing down, creating space, and listening inward.
