Ariffah is a 200-hour trained yoga teacher originally from Malaysia, now based in Bali, where she discovered her passion for yoga over the past two years. Her teaching is strongly influenced by her extensive background in Pilates, where she is a seasoned practitioner across mat, chair, reformer, barrel, and Cadillac. This deep understanding of movement, core organization, joint alignment, and controlled transitions shapes her approach to yoga teaching.
Ariffah’s classes emphasize body intelligence and sustainable practice, blending yoga and Pilates principles to create a supportive and thoughtful learning environment.
