“Anusara Yoga makes basic poses more challenging and the advanced poses more accessible. I am grateful for this practice, it allows me to be my own physiotherapist and my own functional movement coach. It has helped me to overcome injuries and supported my excellent outcome after double hip replacement surgery.” - Barbra Noh
