Ever found yourself enjoying a delicious meal and wishing to share the experience with someone else? Or maybe you had dinner with someone but you were longing for more depth and juicy conversations? Or what about that time in which you didn't know how to start a conversation with someone and just sat all evening by yourself, talking down to part of you for not finding the courage of the words to go and reach for connection?

🫰🏼💃This event is addressing all that and more.
😁It's a dinner with new human friends who enjoy and value connection, communication, sharing and listening. 

It wants to merge the workshop space with the everyday life. It's not going to be a usual AR games workshop (for that, I'll see you Tuesday afternoons at La Luz). 

This is a space where you can be yourself, practice Authentic Relating tools and enjoy a meal with a light guidance that helps connection and conversations. 

The whole evening will be a moment for curiosity, playfulness and compassion to thrive among us. 

💜Pesona Lounge will provide exclusively to us their *downstairs* space(airconditioned!), you'll get to choose your own food and drinks and _*pay your bill at the end of the evening(as a normal dinner).*_

"Alice is an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Informed practitioner. In her workshops, she navigates realms of authentic relating, IFS and parts work, creating spaces for genuine connections that drop below the surface, guiding individuals to deeper self-awareness.

She has worked as a sailing boat captain and outdoor educator, and has done cultural immersions with Native American families and indigenous communities. She brings this background into her work, providing compassion and safety for others to delicately navigate their internal landscapes.
A catalyst for healing connections, Alice invites individuals to embrace authenticity, resilience, and self-discovery."
