This is the art of remembering.
Through cacao, stillness, movement and sisterhood, we create a safe space to soften, release, open the heart and embody our feminine essence.

For many of us, life has taught us to live in our minds before our hearts. We learned to be productive before present, to protect ourselves before opening, and to seek validation outside of ourselves rather than trusting the quiet wisdom within.

Over time, we disconnect from our body, our intuition, and the feminine life force that has always lived inside us.

Yet beneath the layers of expectations, shame, self-judgment, and the inner critic, your essence has never disappeared. She has simply been waiting.

Waiting to be felt.
Waiting to be expressed.
Waiting to be loved.

In many traditions, this life force is known as Shakti the creative, intuitive, loving energy that moves through all of life. It is not something we need to become; it is something we remember.

Through this sacred gathering, we gently awaken that feminine essence within. Through cacao, meditation, breath, movement, and sisterhood, we soften the walls around the heart, reconnect with our body's innate wisdom, and allow our life force to move freely once again.

As the body begins to feel safe, we dance not to perform, but to express. We dance beyond shame. Beyond judgment. Beyond the inner critic. We dance to remember the woman who has always been there, waiting beneath the noise.

This is not about becoming someone new.

It is about coming home to yourself.

The Journey
- Intension setting & Guided body scan meditation, and a gentle body scan to release tension, calm the mind, and arrives fully in the present moment. And set our beautiful

- Guided Cacao Ceremony, receive the heart-opening medicine. We will Sip, soften, and allow the heart to open.

- Intuive Dance Journey, eye closed or open. Music as our guide, we start slow, listen to the body, follow the sensations, and let the energy flow through us.

- Rest & Integration, coming back into stillness, a guided integration to absord the experience and honor what has arisen.

- Closing Sisterhood Circle, sharing integration/experience (if you wish), receive, and close with gratitude and a warm group hug.
