Raj Mohan is an Ayurvedic consultant and healer from Kerala, South India, currently based in Bali. He has been on his Ayurvedic journey since completing his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Ayurveda and has been actively healing and guiding people around the world since 2015. Raj is also a published author in Ayurveda, with his work available internationally.
Through his cooking classes and wellness sessions, Raj shares practical tools to bring Ayurvedic wisdom into everyday life. His teachings are guided by a deep respect for tradition, spiritual grounding, and the belief that food is a powerful medicine when prepared and consumed with awareness, intention, and balance.
