✨ Good to Know

Professional babysitting is available exclusively at Pangolin Kids Club.

A separate Pangolin Kids Club admission ticket is required and is not included in the babysitting fee.

Minimum booking: 3 hours (1 child).

Advance booking is recommended and subject to nanny availability.

Meals are not included (food can be ordered from Sando Café or Ants Pants Restaurant).

Service hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

📋 Booking Policy

Full payment is required in advance to confirm your booking.

All confirmed bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations, no-shows, or booking changes are not eligible for a refund.

Additional hours will be charged at the standard hourly rate and paid at reception.

Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements when making your booking.
