Learn self-energy healing practices to sense your own energy field, notice where your field may be thinner or have “holes” and what you can do to strengthen your energy.

Discover how you may shapeshift your energy field around others and how to stay whole within yourself.

Sense how you may drain or give yourself away – and be able to know when you may invade other peoples’ fields or allow yourself to be invaded. Know what to do if you’re highly “absorbent” and hyper-aware of others.

Bonus: Learn about the power of internal boundaries and how those are helpful.

Refund Policy:
If you are unable to attend this event, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the published start time. Contact must be made via email to [email protected]  or in person at The Yoga Barn reception desk. We are NOT able to process refunds for any reason if you contact us less than 24 hours prior to the published start time.  We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price.
Ticket Transfer:
Tickets are not transferrable to another person. The booking is only valid for the person whose name is printed on this ticket.
Late Arrival:
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time. If you arrive after the published start time, you may be denied access and your booking will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
If this event is canceled by The Yoga Barn prior to the start time, you are eligible for a refund of your ticket. We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 30 days.
