Leave the heat of the coast behind and head up to Bedugul — Bali’s misty highland retreat — for a full afternoon of steam, heat, and rest at Golden Goose Villas.

Every Saturday and Sunday from 2 PM, we open three bathhouses for a structured session led by an experienced bath master:

— Wood-fired banya with guided steam rounds and aromatic herbs
— Finnish-style sauna for dry heat and deep relaxation
— Hammam for gentle, humid warmth

The session runs for 4 hours with a curated programme of steam rounds, rest breaks, and herbal tea throughout. Choose the Saturday or Sunday date that suits you when booking.

14:00 — Welcome & Preparation
Arrival, introduction to the complex, shower, tea
14:30 — “Spiced Warmup”
Guided steam round with warming aromas: anise, cinnamon, clove
15:00 — Rest & Tea
15:30 — “Living Herbs”
Intensive steam with fresh aromatic herbs: mint, thyme, rosemary
16:00 — Rest & Tea
16:20 — Free Flow
Sauna, hammam and individual whisk treatments on request (oak & birch)
17:00 — Final Steam Round: “Garlic Steam”
A traditional closing ritual to end the session
17:30 — Wind Down
Ease out, rest, and gather before heading back

PRICING & AGE POLICY
Full-price ticket: IDR 600,000 per person (ages 12 and above).
Children under 12: free — no ticket required.
All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

If you have heart conditions, high blood pressure, pregnancy, or any other health concerns, please consult your doctor beforehand. Please note that we use natural herbs and essential oils during sessions — inform us in advance if you have any allergies or sensitivities. Do not attend under the influence of alcohol. Exit immediately if you feel unwell during the session. Guests participate at their own risk.
