That's not a flaw. It's your body protecting you, the way it learned to long ago.

This is a 4-hour journey to help you come home, to your body, to your aliveness, and to the kind of connection that feels safe and real.

✨ What this is

Tantra, at its root, means to weave. Here we gently weave back together what life has pulled apart in you: body and mind, strength and softness, protection and intimacy.

We don't do it by talking or analyzing. We do it through the body, through breath, movement and presence, because that's where the real shift happens. Not understanding more, but finally feeling it. 🌿

🌊 What we'll do together

A journey in four movements:

Release — let the body shake off the tension it's been holding, through movement, breath and sound.

Ground — teach your body what safety feels like, so closeness stops feeling like a threat.

Connect — the heart of it: in gentle, guided exercises with others, we rediscover how to meet another person while staying fully ourselves.

Rest — land it all softly, so what opens here comes home with you.

🕊️ A safe and respected space

This is a clothed, deeply respectful space. There will be eye contact, gentle exercises in pairs, and consensual, non-sexual touch.

There will never be nudity, sexual touch or partner matching. This is not sexual tantra — it's an invitation to feel, soften and connect, safely. 🤍

I'm Esaú, sociologist and anthropologist by training, and a tantra teacher, transpersonal and body-oriented (psicocorporal) therapist, and relationship mentor.

My work weaves together these two worlds: the depth of human sciences and the wisdom of the body. I create spaces where you can go deep and feel safe at the same time. 🌿
