Setelah dua tahun yang sulit dan rumit di mana banyak dari kita yang telah menderita, inilah saatnya untuk kembali ke depan panggung dan membuat kembali peristiwa-peristiwa besar yang telah membuat kejayaan dari Disciples Escoffier Asia Pasifik.

Untuk itu, kami memutuskan untuk menghadirkan para Chef dari kawasan Asia Pasifik yang menjadi andalan gastronomi Prancis di wilayah kami.

Pada 10 November 2022, Disciples Escoffier Asia Pacific mempersembahkan Black and White Gala Dinner tahunan di Trans Resort Bali.

Merayakan keunggulan gastronomi Prancis, bersama tamu kehormatan Bapak Sandiaga Salahuddin UNO, Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Republik Indonesia, Bapak Olivier CHAMBARD, Duta Besar Perancis di Indonesia, Bapak Guillaume GOMEZ, Duta Besar Gastronomi Perancis, perwakilan khusus Presiden Prancis Emmanuel MACRON.

Lima selebriti chef termasuk chef bintang Michelin akan bergabung dalam menyajikan 6 hidangan haute cuisine Prancis untuk Anda. Selamat menikmati!

After two difficult and complicated years where many of us have suffered, it is time to return to the front of the scene and reactivate the great events that have made the glory of Disciples Escoffier Asia Pacific.

To do so, we decided to put forward the chefs of the Asia Pacific region who are the flagship of French gastronomy in our area.

On 10 November 2022, Disciples Escoffier Asia Pacific presents the annual Black and White Gala Dinner at the Trans Resort Bali.

Celebrating the excellence of French gastronomy, with our guests of honour Mr. Sandiaga Salahuddin UNO, the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Olivier CHAMBARD, French Ambassador to Indonesia, Mr. Guillaume GOMEZ, Ambassador of French gastronomy, special representative of French President Emmanuel MACRON.

Five celebrity chefs including Michelin star chefs will join forces to serve you a 6-course French haute cuisine. Enjoy!
