At Mantra Wellness Bali, you will learn the essence of connecting with your partner, building a dance conversation.This workshop is designed for beginners, we will introduce fundamentals of brazilian zouk, so you could create your first dance. 

Brazilian Zouk is a partner dance that originated in Brazil in the 1990s. It is a fusion of Lambada, other Brazilian partner dances, and other solo dances styles like contemporary. It’s characterized by its smooth, sensual, circular movements, fun hip movements and intricate footwork.
