Join us for a special afternoon of ceremonial heart-centered and gentle breathwork, movement, and deep connection in the midst of rice fields at Dragonfly Village. This 3 hour immersion is a journey into presence-where breath meets body, and spirit remembers its rhythm. We dedicate this session as a prayer for the New Earth all life and nature. 

SCHEDULE 

2pm start Intro, Sharing Circle & Breathwork Ceremony. 
We begin by gathering in circle, setting intentions, and opening our hearts through the power of breath. A guided breathwork journey will take you deep into your inner landscape - awakening clarity, release, and renewal. Guiding us back home to our hearts together in community. Whale and cetacean chants will be featured and songs shared in the circle as they arise. 

We close in sacred circle, anchoring the wisdom received. 

An eternal moment  to breath, move, be held, pray chant and return home to yourself.

After there is option to stay for water breath, fire and private sauna into sunset time.  A beautiful way to integrate around the fire.
