A Body Love Experience

A 2-hour guided journey to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body through cacao, sound, and creative expression.
We begin by gathering in circle and sharing cacao, allowing it to gently open the heart and bring you into a deeper state of presence. This sets the foundation for the journey, grounding you in your body and inviting you to feel more fully.

From here, we move into voice and sound. Through simple singing and intuitive expression, you’ll be guided to activate your voice as a channel—releasing tension, softening the mind, and allowing emotion to move freely without judgment.

You will then be guided into the canvas process. This is an invitation to paint a part of your body you may have felt disconnected from, judged, or avoided. Instead of fixing or changing it, you meet it with awareness, curiosity, and expression, translating feeling into color, texture, and form.
This is not about creating “perfect” art.

It is about honesty, presence, and allowing yourself to be seen by you.
Throughout the session, you’ll be held in a space of women who are also walking their own path of self-discovery—creating a sense of connection, reflection, and shared experience.

This is a space to pause.
To feel.
To soften into self-love.
To reconnect with your body in a new way.
You will leave with your canvas artwork to take home, along with a deeper sense of connection to yourself.

ABOUT

Mahardika - Artist 

A Javanese artist whose paintings come from meditation, shadow work, and honest self-reflection. As a beautician she always wanted to help others feel beautiful — painting became the deeper way to do that. She loves to see others bloom and her art is an open invitation for people to experience self-love. She is ready to share with the world.

Sasika - Cacao Ceremony Facilitator

A young Javanese priestess walking the path of love, devotion, and bhakti. Rooted in Vipassana and meditation, she works directly with nature's wisdom, listening to the earth, the elements, and the living world as her guide. For Sasika, spirituality and life are one and the same.
