Five years of Caravan calls for something a little special.

This year, we’re celebrating our 5th birthday and our first anniversary in our new home in Perancak Beach with a night designed to be experienced after sundown to late.For one night, Caravan will be transformed for a Middle Eastern-inspired dinner show and costume party, bringing together food, music, live performances and dancing in one immersive celebration.

DRESS THE PART

Costume is a must.

We’re asking everyone joining us to come dressed for the occasion. This isn’t just about watching a show you are part of it. Together with our dancers, live musicians, performers and Caravan team, we want our guests to help us create the atmosphere of the night and step fully into the universe we’re building. Go Arabian Princesses & Princes, Aladdin’s, Shahrazad’s, Middle East Queens and Kings, or just your traditional burqa, turbans, jewelry and dramatic accessories, just don’t be subtle.

And yes, there will be a Best Costume Contest, with 3 prizes for the 3 best looks of the night.

THE DINNER SHOW 

The evening begins at 7PM just after sunset with a Middle Eastern inspired dinner, served to share while the show unfolds around you, with food served to everyone between 7.30pm-8.00pm. Start with a selection of homemade mezze hummus and Mediterranean dips, warm pita bread, crudités, marinated eggplant, olives, dates and more…followed by our Couscous Royale, with chicken, lamb merguez, beef kofta and all the traditional flavors, prepared in-house by Caravan kitchen. Finish on a sweet note with some Arabic sweet, while live musicians, Dj’s, dancers and performers bring the room to life throughout dinner.

Your dinner package also includes one bottle of wine Marius by M. Chapoutier (red, white, rose) for every two guests, or choose one of our Caravan cocktail pitchers as an alternative: Pomegranate & Mint Fizz or The Mediterranean Gin & Tonic pitcher

This isn’t dinner before the show, dinner is part of the show! So make sure you arrive on time!

SEATING PLAN

The heart of the experience will take place on the central show & dance floor, which is why the main dining tables have been arranged in a U-shape facing the performance area for guests who want to be right at the centre of the action, dine & dance choose our Dining Tables (red)

Our VIP Lounges are elevated on the stage, offering a privileged view over the entire show, they are designed for drinks and nibbles but also can accommodate food if needed.

For those who prefer to experience the evening from slightly outside the centre while still enjoying a great view, the Table Bar and Garden Lounge offer a more relaxed alternative.

AND THEN… WE DANCE

As dinner comes to an end, the show gives way to the party and Dj Sergio will close our celebration till 1AM. This is a birthday, after all.

Caravan turning five means a lot to us. Five years of dinners, sunsets, music, celebrations, friendships and all the people who have been part of our story. So rather than simply throwing another party, we wanted to create a full experience, a dinner, a show and a celebration where everyone in the room becomes part of the night. Whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or have only just discovered Caravan, Habibi, you’re invited.
