🕤 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM — Sharing circle & breathwork ceremony

🕙 1:30PM - 3:00 PM — Lunch break

🕑 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM — Mandala breath & closing circle

🔥 Evening — Fire, private sauna & water breathing in saltwater pool

We work with what is present in the circle, always leaving time to integrate & share.
