🕤 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM — Sharing circle, movement, chant & breath
🕑 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM — WhaleDreaming Ceremony, chant, dance & breathwork
🔥 Evening — Fire, private sauna & saltwater pool

Monday
🕙 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM — Dance & chant flow into water breath
🍲 After lunch — Mandala breath & closing circle

We work with what is present in the circle, always leaving time to integrate & share.
