Join us for a deeply held ceremonial breathwork experience — a safe and intentional space to reconnect with yourself beyond the noise of everyday life.
This trauma-informed and nervous system friendly journey is designed to gently guide you inward. Through conscious connected breathwork you’ll be supported in softening mental layers, releasing stored emotional tension and reconnecting with the intelligence of your body.
The session is guided primarily through intentional nose-inhale breathwork. Nasal breathing supports nervous system regulation, safety and grounded presence, while still allowing access to meaningful emotional release and deep inner exploration.
Breath is one of the most powerful bridges between the conscious and subconscious. In this immersive experience, we work with the breath as a tool for inner exploration, emotional release and self-remembering. Many participants experience clarity, emotional breakthroughs and a renewed sense of connection to themselves and life.
This is not about pushing or forcing — it’s about allowing. The space is held with deep care and respect for your unique process. Whether you’re seeking healing, insight, grounding or simply a moment to return home to yourself, this journey meets you exactly where you are.

To support a safe and comfortable experience, please:
- arrive min. 10 minutes before the session starts
- come in comfortable clothing
- avoid eating a heavy meal 1–2 hours before the session.
While breathwork is generally safe, this session may not be suitable for individuals with:
• Severe cardiovascular conditions
• Uncontrolled high blood pressure
• Epilepsy or seizure disorders
• Severe asthma or respiratory conditions
• Recent major surgery
• Pregnancy
• Diagnosed severe psychiatric conditions (such as psychosis or schizophrenia)

About the Facilitator
Viktoria is a certified breathwork facilitator holding grounded, emotionally supportive spaces where participants feel safe to explore at their own pace. She hosts breathwork workshops, retreats and private sessions in Bali and across Europe, weaving together depth, safety and a refined ceremonial touch.
