COCO Cocktail Lab is a hands on sunset session at La Soleia Rooftop Bar — where you don't just order a drink, you make one.

Pull up to the Lab table with Bali's bartender community, learn the technique, work with local ingredients, and build a cocktail that could end up on our menu with your name on it.

Doors at 5 PM. Golden hour at 6 PM. Music until late.

WHAT HAPPENS

🍸 Bartender Masterclass — a guest bartender opens the session with technique, balance, and the stories behind Balinese ingredients: arak, kaffir lime, lemongrass, tamarind, Kusamba sea salt.

🧪 Hands On Cocktail Workshop — you're in a small team with your own bartender mentor. One local ingredient, one featured spirit, 25 minutes on the shakers. No experience needed.

🌅 Sunset Toast — the rooftop faces due west. We stop, we pour, we watch it drop.

🏆 The Signature Cocktail Challenge — blind tasting, everyone votes. The winning drink joins the La Soleia menu for the season, named and credited to the team that made it.

🎧 Rooftop Session — once the sun's down, a curated DJ set takes over. À la carte bar, sharing plates, and the best crowd in Uluwatu to mingle with.
