Conscious Connected Breathwork & Bodywork
Conscious Connected Breathwork & Bodywork
This is not an ordinary breathwork event. It is a rare kind of gathering - soulful, deeply personal and profoundly human.
THE EXPERIENCE
This powerful 2-hour practice invites you to step out of autopilot into a sacred space and experience breathwork as a dynamic, living practice that meets you exactly where you are.
THE CONTAINER
Our sessions are intentionally limited to a small group of 10 participants and are guided by two experienced facilitators, holding both masculine and feminine presence. This semi-private format allows for a more personalised and attentive experience, where each participant can be met with care, presence, and responsiveness throughout the journey.

HANDS-ON SUPPORT
Unlike breathwork that remains purely verbal or technique-based, this practice integrates hands-on bodywork, offered with clear consent and attunement.
Touch is used as a supportive anchor, helping the body soften, regulate, and receive the breath more fully. This allows energy, emotion, and stored tension to move safely and organically.
Our approach stays close to the body. 1:1 support is available throughout the session, so participants are not left to navigate the experience alone, but are instead met and supported as needed.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This offering is for those seeking a deeper, more somatic breathwork experience that honours the intelligence of the body, the importance of safety, and the transformative power of conscious breathing in a shared space.

OUR APPROACH
At Couple of Breaths, our work is rooted in the simple belief that real transformation happens when people feel safe enough to be human.
We don’t arrive with answers to give or identities to uphold. We arrive as facilitators who have done (and continue to do) the work ourselves. Our circles are spaces where people are invited out of their heads and into the lived intelligence of their bodies, where insight becomes felt experience rather than something to understand or perform.
We work slowly, attentively and relationally. We don’t push catharsis or hide behind spiritual language. We stay close to the body, to sensation, nervous system cues and what is actually unfolding in real time. There is no fixing here and no pressure to reach peak states, only space to meet what is real, together.
