Conscious Connected Breathwork & Bodywork

Conscious Connected Breathwork & Bodywork
Attila and Sabine, also known as Couple of Breaths. The two opposites with unique synergy. The Yin and Yang and your breathwork facilitators.
What to expect in the session?
This 2-hour workshop offers a grounded and body based approach to breathwork. We begin with a short introduction and gentle embodiment practise. You'll then be guided through a conscious connected breathing sequence while lying down, accompanied by a carefully curated music playlist to anchor your experience and help you stay present. At the end, there’s space to integrate quietly or connect through a heartfelt sharing circle, whichever feels right.
All our events focus on embodiment and safety. During breathwork, we may be called to support you individually with bodywork, acupressure, or energy work, all of which you can opt out of at any time.
What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Forget everything you think you know about breathwork.
Conscious connected breathwork is not therapy. It is not a quick fix or a magic cure.
It is a powerful practice that reconnects you to your body’s intelligence. The part of you that carries your history, your stories and embraces all of you without judgment.
When you breathe without pause, your body starts to speak in ways the mind cannot reach. You might find yourself more grounded, more energised or simply more here.
This session is an invitation to step out of autopilot and experience breathwork as a dynamic, living practice — one that meets you exactly where you are.
Why bodywork?
Because the body is a map.
It holds the imprints of everything we’ve lived through.
Tension doesn’t just live in the mind
It lives in the muscles, the fascia and the nervous system.
We apply stretch, acupressure and presence to reach the places that may have gone quiet, guarded or numb
Not to force release
Not to fix
Not to escape the body, but to come back to it…
..To learn how to feel more without shutting down again.
This is why we listen with our hands as much as with our attention
Breath opens the door.
Bodywork helps us walk through it.
