Cretya Sunset – Terms & Conditions

1. Valid only for morning visits from 08:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Guests arriving after this time will be required to pay the balance at the venue according to the regular minimum spend policy.

2. Kids not allowed at jacuzzi area without parental supervision

3. Cretya Sunset reserves the right to re-adjust booked seating if guests arrive later than their selected session.

4. All bookings are non-refundable, reschedule request required to our reservation H-1 contact to +62 853-3723-0775

5. If the venue must cancel due to certain reasons such as natural causes or unexpected/unintentional events, guests are entitled to claim a refund from the venue.

6. The number of guests must match the designated pax per seating. If the number of pax exceeds the seating capacity, guests are required to book two seatings.

7. In the event of property damage, the venue reserves the right to charge accordingly based on the applicable regulations.

Reservation Policy:

- All reservations must be made through our official reservation system powered by Megatix.

- Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an e-ticket via email. Please present this upon arrival (digital or printed).

- Walk-in guests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed preferred seating.

Age Restriction:

- Access to new building area and Jacuzzi Tower is limited to guests aged 18 years and above.

- Children under 18 years are welcome at pool and jacuzzi area but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times

Pet Policy:

- Pets are not allowed at Cretya Sunset

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

- All bookings are non-refundable, reschedule request required to our reservation the latest 1 day in advance contact to +62 853-3723-0775

- No refund will be issued for no-shows and after the visit date and time

Special Event Policy:

- During special events, regular seating prices do not apply. Event pricing will be used instead.
