Reservation Policy

• Reservations must be made via our official booking system powered by Megatix.
• Upon confirmed payment, an e-ticket will be sent to your email. Please present it (digital or printed) upon arrival.
• Walk-in guests are welcome but subject to availability and may not be guaranteed preferred seating.
• Late arrivals: Cretya Sunset reserves the right to reallocate booked seating if guests arrive later than their reserved session.

Age & Supervision Policy

• Access to the New Building and Jacuzzi Tower is restricted to guests 18 years and older.
• Children under 18 are allowed in the pool and jacuzzi areas but must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
• Unattended children are not allowed in the jacuzzi area.

Pet Policy

• Pets are not permitted at Cretya Sunset.

Seating & Capacity Policy

• Each seating option has a maximum guest capacity. Guests must comply with this limit.
• If your group size exceeds the selected seating’s capacity, you are required to book additional seating.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• All bookings are non-refundable.
• For rescheduling, please contact our reservation team at least 1 day prior (H-1) via WhatsApp at +62 853-3723-0775.
• No-shows or requests made after the visit date/time are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Venue Cancellation Policy

• If the venue must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disasters or unavoidable incidents), guests will be entitled to a full refund.

Damage & Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property.
• The venue reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacements based on applicable regulations.

Special Events Policy

• During special events, regular seating rates do not apply.
• Event-specific pricing will be implemented as announced.
