Contact dance is a beautiful, nourishing and empowering practice ... a meeting of bodies, hearts and souls 💓

Our special Saturday evenings now begin with a cozy introduction tea circle and songs 🍵🎶 flowing with heartfelt music into a light, deep and magical dance ✨💃🕺💫

After dance we continue at the sauna, salt water pool and fire circle, to celebrate community connection 💞 with lively and varied music jams 🔥🎸🪘🪇 

Dragonfly offers a safe, nurturing and fun dance floor for both CI dancers and total beginners.
A sacred space for self discovery, healing and growth 💖 

Yet in our mindful container, contact is always optional.
