No dance experience is required; this event is open to both males and females and is designed to support those on a healing journey. For all who seek emotional release, personal growth, and empowerment. It’s a safe, judgment-free and supportive space. The skilled facilitator will hold the space and guide you through the music and embodiment practices. This time we will explore our suppressed emotions and express them through free flow dance.

Through the joy of movement you will find relief, support, healing and an increased sense of Self-love.

About the facilitator: 

Sabina, also known as the Happiness Trainer, is an empowerment coach with over 23 years of dance experience. Her passion for dance and its transformative power has led her to explore and share her expertise in unique ways:

• As an Ecstatic dance facilitator, Sabina creates safe spaces for emotional expression through movement.
• As a certified Tantra therapist, she guides transformative self-discovery journeys and holds space for healing and personal growth.
• Sabina's Self-love training supports individuals all over the world, cultivating self-love and a sense of self-worth.
• Her signature EEEEY Dance! training has helped people in Goa and Bali express themselves.
• Now, Sabina offers Dance therapy as a holistic approach, combining her experience in embodiment practices and empowering voice guidance
