Running since 2015, Dissolve is a gathering space where 60 to 90 regular and visiting movers come together to move, melt, and connect. To celebrate our beautiful community and your presence, we will be hosting this special Play community event. With limited spots, please make sure to register first.

This journey through conscious movement is inspired by contact improvisation, intuitive movement, and authentic relating. We wholeheartedly encourage a big YES to exploring and honoring your boundaries—guided exercises will be facilitated to support whatever authentically feels good for your body. Bring your curiosity, playfulness, and a desire to dive into deeper ways of connecting with yourself and those around you.
