Tara Li is a Tantric facilitator and authentic relating queen devoted to helping others awaken their innate capacity for intimacy, connection, and full-bodied aliveness. With over 20 years of experience in the realms of conscious sexuality, relational dynamics, and relational movement, she creates safe, transformative spaces for individuals and couples to explore desire, vulnerability, and deep connection.

Her work draws from extensive training in Tantra, somatic intimacy practices, contact improv and circling, blending these with her intuitive understanding of energetic and relational flow. Tara's approach honors the body as a gateway to pleasure, truth, and presence—inviting participants to meet themselves and others with curiosity, sensitivity, and openness.
