2023 is almost a wrap and that means it’s time for Soulshine Bali’s 2024 NYE Ecstatic Burn countdown where we blaze away the past and dance optimism into the new year with our annual burning of the numbers. Ya ready to say “so long” to ’23?  Think of this night as an opportunity to sage away all that is no longer serving you, by literally lighting afire a giant statue of 2023, complete with the collective palm leaf written wishes, dreams, goodbyes and fresh intentions for the next chapter of your journey.

This year Soulshine’s current artist in residence, Kanye West’s choreographer Yemi, has been cooking up some amazingness for you.  He’s been collaborating with Balinese traditional, hip hop, stilt walkers and fire dancers, to create an extraordinary homage to the five elements leading up to the burn.

Think water, earth, wind, fire and love dancers lighting up the sky!

Throughout the night, take your body and mind on a musical trek, with the yin and yang of ecstatic dance poolside (or actually in the water!), with DJ Tulsi spinning afrobeats and beyond, and DJ Ryan and DJ Mus covering a rainbow other rhythmic horizons and tasty grooves.
