Embrace Your Shadow
with Verena
We all have a sensitive area in our life. Something we do not like to touch because it's connected with some really, really painful experience from the past. Something which hurt us so badly that to survive we had to close off, avoid to ever feel this again.
But behind these really painful experience are aspects of ourselves which want to be reintegrated, aspects which are important to live a life which is worth living.
I know it might not sound like it but within these most painful experiences we are able to find our greatest gifts. If we are ready to accept what has happened but do not let it define us we can us the wisdom of the experience to heal and even help others.
We will not draw in the same experiences over and over again because the cycle has been broken.
Within this workshop we will go into "our shadow" basically what I just described and integrate this part as our wisdom. From my own path, experience and journey for me this has brought the biggest healing. Facing our fears and seeing them for what they are sets us free from repeating the same dynamics over and over again.
If there is one thing which you wish for in life but you keep on failing to manifest it, be sure that there is something wanting to be healed.
I am looking forward to a deep and soulful journey.
