Jungle Kitchen
@junglekitchenmusic
Introducing Jungle Kitchen, a dynamic musical fusion born from the lush jungles of Bali, Indonesia. This band is the creative brainchild of two talented individuals: French multi-instrumentalist Baptiste Sejourne and Ecuadorian producer and multi-percussionist Pablo Vicencio, known in the music world as Shamanic Catharsis. Jungle Kitchen thrives on the eclectic synergy between these two artists, who bring their unique cultural backgrounds and musical expertise to the forefront. Drawing inspiration from the natural beauty and mystique of the jungle, they craft mesmerizing, organic soundscapes that transport listeners to uncharted sonic realms.
CulCha Collective
@culchacollective
Ubud tastemakers and tea connoisseurs, the CulCha Collective, takeover the tea table with puerh drip and hiphop performance. Step back in time to ancient China and the tradition of “tea art”, where sages and scholars gathered around the tea pot to indulge their senses in exquisite music and dance performances. This art-form lives on in the CulCha Collective - with a modern twist. The old instruments have become NRYN’s turntables, the ancient poetry reimagined in Kamau Abayomi’s hiphop freestyles, and the calligraphy has morphed into graffiti. Tea-master Faye Jie steps from behind the tea table to exhibit the traditional dance of China, remixed with kung fu from the city streets.
