• The seating plan provided is a draft and serves as a guide. It indicates the area where Gold & Standard section seats are designated.
• Best seats is available on a first-come, first-served basis within the ticket categories purchased. Priority entry is given to those who arrive and collect their Fast Track number on respective days. 
• Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid for admission to Exotic Generation Bali 2024 on April 26th and 27th, 2024.
• Age Restrictions: Attendees must be 18 years old or above.
• No refunds, exchanges, or substitutions after ticket purchase. Treat tickets like cash; lost tickets will not be replaced.
• Personal circumstances do not warrant ticket returns or exchanges.
• No food or drink allowed inside, except for ELITE Sofa Guests.
• No smoking or vaping in the hall.
• Big posters that may block views during the show are not allowed.
• Professional cameras and tripods are prohibited inside the hall; security will check bags before entry.
• No live streaming allowed; IG stories are permitted.

• Reserve Slot: Minimum 2 days advanced booking required via Robean's Instagram taplink.cc/robeanstudio & spot in class subject to availability.
• No Show: In the event of a no-show after reserving a slot, the voucher will be considered forfeited or utilised
