As the famous psychologist Carl Jung observed: “Those people who are least aware of their unconscious side are the most influenced by it.”
We are creating as space to support you to explore your relationship with your Self: the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual experiences you have of yourself and life.
This is a space to practice being with and accepting whatever is present, grow the capacity to be with it all, and trust the wisdom already within our system. When we do this in a supported space, it helps our system (body, mind, soul) to take steps it otherwise may not be capable of alone.
Through the experiences in facilitated breathwork, we can grow our awareness of our sub and unconscious patterns, behaviours and beliefs, to understand how we can embody nervous system health to foster balance and alignment in our lives.
