FEMBODIED is an intuitive movement & dance journey into feminine embodiment.
This immersion invites you to soften, unwind, and reconnect with your inner rhythms. We begin with intuitive movement and soft womb-centered breathing to gently open the body and awaken somatic awareness. 

Through intuitive dance, cyclical embodiment practices and hip and heart openers you’ll be guided to release stuck tension, identify and let go of old patterns and allow emotions to move freely, weaving in ancient Mudra & Mantra to re-write powerful feminine wisdom codes in the body & mind. These practices support hormonal balance and nourish the nervous system.

The journey closes with a sharing circle for women to both support and celebrate one another
