We begin with a guided meditation to open your heart, deepen your connection with yourself and become more receptive to the subtle energies around and within you. Through gentle exercises and shared experiences, you will explore how to sense energy, trust your intuition, and connect with others through presence, intention and an open heart.

As you become more familiar with your own energy, you can begin to explore how to share it with others through the simple act of being present, offering and receiving.
We close with a shamanic drum journey, allowing the rhythm to guide you deeper into your inner world, where you can rest, receive and integrate your experience.
