Flow & Fuel is a wellness experience designed by Azoria to help you move better, recover smarter, and understand how to properly fuel your body for performance and longevity.
We'll begin with a Yoga flow led by Chloe, focused on strength, mobility, and body awareness. After the session, you’ll move into a Nutritional workshop on electrolytes and muscle health, exploring how hydration, mineral balance, and recovery play a crucial role in injury prevention and optimal performance: whether you’re an athlete or simply living an active lifestyle.
Expect a relaxed yet intentional atmosphere, time to connect with like-minded people, and actionable knowledge you can apply immediately to your training and daily life.
