From Movement into Stillness: Hatha, Yoga Nidra & Classical Tantra for Deep Rest & Nervous System Regulation

10:00am, Wed 16th Sep 2026 - 03:00pm, Wed 16th Sep 2026

In modern life, most people find themselves trapped between two extremes.

On one end, you use physical movement to manage daily stress. You push hard in your workouts or yoga practice, but the moment you stop, your mind picks right back up where it left off—relentless, analytical, and unable to switch off. On the other end, you try to sit in meditation or practice quiet rest, but your body holds so much unprocessed tension that sitting still feels like an uphill battle against your own nervous system.

When your practice stays on the surface, it leaves you over-identified with mental loops, emotionally drained, or disconnected from your real vitality.

Movement & Stillness is a 5-hour immersive masterclass and Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) taster designed to resolve this split.
Rooted in the Field of Origins methodology, this workshop weaves together three distinct streams of practice:

Hatha Yoga: To structure, align, and release physical tension from the physical body.
Classical Tantra: To work directly with subtle energy, breath (prana), and nervous system regulation.

Yoga Nidra Shakti: To access conscious, non-sleep deep rest that clears mental exhaustion and subconscious strain.

You will discover how to use physical movement not to escape your mind, but to organize your physical structure—creating a state where quiet and stillness arise naturally from within.

Who It's For

The Overly Active Mind: Anyone who relies on constant movement or exercise to manage stress, but finds their mind still spinning the moment they slow down.

The Restless Meditator: Practitioners who struggle with sit-down meditation or resting because their body feels tense, agitated, or anxious when still.

Yoga Teachers & Dedicated Students: Instructors and experienced practitioners looking to integrate subtle body mechanics, classical Tantric philosophy, and somatic rest into their personal practice or teaching.

Anyone Facing Burnout: Individuals looking for a direct, practical way to soothe a hyper-vigilant nervous system and return to genuine vitality.
