Full moons are significant times of culmination, release, endings, realizations, and letting go. Under the full moon energy, we will practice together to let go of things that no longer serve purposes. While with this practice, you will receive frequency, vibration & voice that can heal layers of your body.

The evening will begin with a calming guided meditation led by Beverly @beverly.hypnotheraphy  a mindful practitioner. We will embrace the reflective nature of the full moon, encouraging self-reflection and setting intentions for personal growth and healing. We'll find harmony and balance within as we attune ourselves to the moon's energy.

The heart of the event lies in the mesmerizing Sound Healing session. The enchanting sounds will wash over you, dissolving tension and promoting deep relaxation.

The vibrations will resonate through every cell, clearing blockages and facilitating emotional release, leaving you feeling revitalized and attuned to your inner self.
