This workshop is a unique opportunity for those seeking a profound, immersive, and transformative experience. It will reveal your vulnerability and sensitivity as well as your longing to be seen and acknowledged in your totality. 

It is designed to deepen your self-connection and connection to others through the full spectrum of your expression. Fully Expressed delves into many layers of the human experience with a comprehensive exploration of specific areas of our life that you get to explore in your movement and overall expression. 

Alongside with the exploration of the movement comes the philosophical and psychological teachings of how our movement impacts our way of relating - with ourselves and one another. The fundamentals of this workshop are dance languages and elements (contact dance), somatic practices and authentic expression. Through this experience, you can better understand your ego, patterns and protection mechanisms from your movement and expression, and choose to find new pathways, to do better.

Who This Workshop Is For? 

It is open to everyone, women and men, singles & couples, beginner or more experienced mover. Everyone is welcome as long as you do not have cardiovascular issues. 

About the facilitator: 

Abigail Sundara creates and facilitates spaces for people to express themselves. Embodied movement and dance, music and connection are at the core of her life and teachings. She helps women and men uncover and express their full self. Embracing, loving all aspects of themselves so they can show up authentically for their community and people they love.

• ⁠For special events, doors close 15 minutes after start and latecomers will not be accepted. Tickets will not be refunded if you show up too late. 
• ⁠When coming to Udara classes or events, you agree that the Udara staff might take pictures and videos for documentation and promotion. 
• ⁠Please do not bring your dog to Udara.
