The Goddess Essence series offers 4 unique retreats, each focusing on different aspects of women's empowerment. You can join them in any order. Whether you attend just one or complete all 4, your life will never be the same again.  

These experiences will be your portal to the eternal wisdom of womanhood that will help you activate your unique gifts and integrate sexuality, love, emotions, and spirituality.

UNVEIL YOUR INNER GODDESS

In PART 1, we work with the HEART CHAKRA, bringing transformation to the three stages of love: self-love, loving another, and loving the whole.  

The HEART CHAKRA is the main portal for women to access the fullness of their creative expression and potential.  

This part offers a powerful transmission regarding loving yourself. Once you are anchored in the power of love, you can easily create balanced relationships with others.  

Every woman has some sensitivity about her physical appearance. In this retreat, you will rewrite this inner dialogue about your beauty and work on healing any insecurities that are holding you back subconsciously.  

You will awaken your inner and outer GODDESS in all her splendour, which will boost your self-esteem and self-worth.

Whether you are new to TANTRA or an experienced practitioner, this event offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding and practice of this ancient art, and to connect with a supportive community of like-minded women.  

This will be a safe space to drop into the body, switch off the mind, move, laugh, have fun, and connect in authentic ways led by principles of TANTRA.

WORKSHOP BREAKDOWN

(Approximate daily schedule likely to change)  
The agenda of each day is unique, and the timings of the first and last day may vary. You will receive a rough schedule of sessions and break times before the retreat starts.  

Please do not schedule anything during the retreat days and keep yourself available for the full days from morning to night.  

All sessions within the retreat are compulsory to ensure a safe and wholesome journey for everyone. Each session leads into the next for lifelong embodied transformation.  

Each session includes experiential TANTRA practices, meditations, discourses, healing exercises, dance, massage, and rituals for personal transformation.

MEET YOUR FACILITATORS

MA NRITYA ANURASA (LEAD TEACHER)  
Anurasa is the founder of 'Emotional Fluidity Movement,' supporting people through some of life's toughest transitions. As a Tantra Essence Graduate and certified Hypnotherapist, Anurasa blends expertise to help humanity embrace their full emotional landscape.  

With Sarita as her mentor since 2021, she's passionate about guiding others to blissful fulfilment. Join her journey toward emotional fluidity and boundless joy.

KASIA NAST (ASSISTANT CO-TEACHER)  
Kasia is a spiritual guide and tantra facilitator, empowering women to reconnect with their essence. With experience in sacred healing, she creates spaces where women can embrace their sensuality, inner power, and divine feminine energy.  

Her retreats invite self-love, releasing past conditioning, and awakening Goddess energy for profound transformation.
